what does healing efficiency% Id do

I just got an Atavistic and im confused on what the id healing efficiency% is. Does anybody know?

 

uhh it might boost the power of mage and shaman heal?

 

It might boost healing efficiency by a percentage?

 

Equivalent to 10/3 water damage in 1.20

 

It increases your healing power, which I believe affects shaman & mage heal as well as potions (maybe?)

 

yes, its boost persentage of your heal amount.
*calculate separately from fluid healing
*does not effect to both mage's healing duration and orphion's pulse's delay (it should not effect to shamen neither, but i didnt test that

its calls "efficiency" and irrelevant to time but relevant to amount?
it does increase total efficiency though
but still wierd, why not just name it "healing effectiveness"

the 2.0.4 legging Psionic Pretense, which have healing efficiency and a new ID:
+Expunge: When using Heal, cast one instant pulse that heals 20% of your max health
*effect by both fluid healing and healing efficiency
*overlay (or say disable?) original heal and orphion's pulse, which means it only gives positive effect to pure riftwalker
*able to trigger healing% Related skill, like fortitude etc
*complete the heal in 1fragment, 0sec(blab ik, just instant (origin heal takes 8fragments in 0.68sec

the origin heal is fast already, so its not very powerful in instant heal part
so just regarded as a 15%>20% heal buff for riftwalker, wich might save you while getting hit by rush/fatal dmg under 0.68sec
under the severe lag and delay, I cant even cast 2spells under 0.68sec qwq
