Self explanatory. All the information I gather will help me make a post in the future. If you want, state your own opinion. Questing poll will be "Coming Soon" TM.

I get why people hate it
But it's pretty relaxing if you just stop caring about your xp amount

Yes it's boring, yes it's slow, but without it wynn would have hardly any playerbase. If you remove grinding, you have to add some other time --> reward mechanic to keep players playing.

Pure grinding like in an MMO shouldn't exist in a game. The combat, game design, and difficultly should be good enough to where you don't tank and kill countless enemies with ease. It should be that you have to time your attack in order to hit or dodge the enemy. That way people start paying attention to the fight instead of mashing their mouse button.

As Kawaii__Turtle said, grinding can be pretty relaxing. I normally tend to watch some long YouTube videos in the background while grinding. It helps pass the time.

I think grinding is a necessity in the type of RPG that Wynncraft is. Whether it be grinding dungeons, mobs, or other, for any case, it is necessary as a time/reward thing.
That said, I don't like it. I think it is boring, and especially after finishing the 90-100 grind (minimal CSST), I have thought there most be something else that could be done to help it.
I have now started another class in which I don't go to Gavel at all before finishing all quest in Wynn, so the amount of grinding involved has become close to a nightmare. But doing "quest2quest" isn't the most fun either in my opinion. It would be nice to have some more balance between the two.

TL:DR, grinding is essential but boring as hell and a better balance between grinding and quests is needed.

Grinding is not rewarding enough. Quests/loot runs overshadow it.
