What do I offhand with fatal

I use sugvon fatal build for lr and it gives 6 mana tp so do I just use it for travel or is ther an offhand weapon

 

bonder, famously, is the go-to mage offhand bc it has mr, hpr, and no sp req. but if you want something dedicated for moving, and bonder isn't enough, there is predposledni, windmill, bianco, and soul that give negative raw tp cost
