What Comes First , Melee Damage Or Elemental Damage?

as title says
if i have 100 fire damage, and than 100% fire damage and 100% melee damage , than would i have 200 fire damage and than for melee on top of that another 100%
or the opposite?

 

In 100 fire damage, the 100 means melee, so add 100% fire to that, it'd be 200 fire melee damage, but then I'm not sure if the 100% melee stacks to make 400 fire melee damage or just adds and makes 300 fire melee damage.

I think I got that right.
