What causes this particle effect?

    Does anyone know exactly what causes this white particle effect that trails the player? I've only noticed it very recently, it seems to only happen with Light Benders

    I think it's the orbs? I beleive the orbs have a particle effect

    I thought that at first but its definitely not it, it follows the player, not the orbs. I think it may have something to do with healing?

    Update: Its from Fortitude
