What are soulbound items?

title says it all

and what do i do to them if i dont like the id's they have

 

Soulbound item are items that can only be used on a specific class, so for example if you earn a charm from a raid on your shaman, you cannot put it in you bank to transfer it to your mage, because you couldn't use it on your mage. Same with tomes iirc. If u dont like the ids then put it away and get another one, or you might be able to reroll the IDs, I do not know
