Mage/Dark Wizard Help What’s The Deal With Event Horizon?

I really can’t find a clear purpose to it. It just looks bad. It has a ton of hp but fucks up water damage for some reason and has at least negative 105% for all defenses. The damage doesn’t begin to compensate for all it’s negatives. How is this wand ever going to be used in a build, and how in the hell are you supposed to use it?

 

Spending stats on Str/Dex + Int = No skill points to use for Def or Agi
Just like the warchief, it gives you chance to have more survivability without having too much def or agi.

Or you can make the build with 'Brainwash', then you can save some stats for Def/Agi without taking care of Int too much + can focus on making more damaage

Water damage % is related to heal spell
But Earth/Thunder hates bath so ree

It can get over 10k easily, and it's enough for legendary weapon.
Just.. its damage for cost is not as good as the other risky weapons like 'Divzer'
comparing this with mythic is kinda bad idea but plz

The point is not to use it with glassy items, because you'll never get enough damage to compensate. The point is to slap Blue Mask and use a bunch of decent damage boosters with skill points and raw spell on the side, so you can get 8.5k to 9k meteors and a ton of health.

(it really is pretty bad though)
