You should really be more specific. There is no best build - the meta is rather expansive. What kind of build are you looking for?

 

Or, a not ridiculously expensive build. (Srry @Druser ) Ive been using this for a while. It took me under a stack to finish, and i love it (The defenses are pretty bad but its still good).
