I’ll start:

I got my first job at a summer camp, and gosh are the little kids adorable. There’s this little boy Simon that I absolutely ADORE. He is the sweetest and kindest little pumpkin! He’s always mindful of other people and is incredibly selfless. One day I was sweeping the floor and he came up to me and wanted to do it for me instead. He’s 6!!!! (I did do some more thorough cleaning after he finished, but he was so determined to sweep the floor that I just let him do his thing, haha) He makes my day whenever he checks in - he always runs up to me and gives me a big ol’ hug!

 

Summers out so

Going to a camp in a few weeks

Visiting an older brother in college in Richmond tmrw


But theres nothing to do so kinda of boring at the moment

 

Competing to try to make varsity cross country this year, so I am doing a lot of running and putting in a lot of hard work.

 

I'm going to Mt. Rainier which is a little drive from here (today-tomorrow, so I won't be that active on forums)

Dang, good luck man! I’ve watched my friends in cross country races - that’s some exhausting stuff. I’m sure you’ll make varsity with all the work and perseverance you’re putting in!

Oh, wow! The pictures I’ve seen of Mt. Rainier are absolutely stunning! I love national parks and stuff - so jealous! Have fun, man!

Well,

• Summer happened
• It'll be low 100's to high 90's until I leave for Wisconsin because Yolo County are big frickfrack
• I'm leaving for Wisconsin on Wednesday next week (Visiting family)
• Started seeing a therapist for performance anxiety
• Finally had time and lack of guilt to start enjoying things
• Working on some personal projects I hope to be able to share, including some more videos about antitheism and a revised Tom Holl- I mean, CT fanfic
• Finally gonna get around to making 'bruh laSAGNA **CLEAN** B**** Lasagna for pure christian boys like me'

• 8 hours of Smash 5 a day for the entire summer

I've been getting into Rocket League a bit, since it remained untapped in my Steam library for like 2 years. I've also been working on a project about small modular nuclear reactors which is kinda interesting, for me at least. Also I turn 15 on the 9th so I guess that's cool.

I also got a harmonica a few days ago which has been cool - I just thought it would be cool to have one and it's cheap (mine was like 15 euros). I have been learning Sultans of Swing on guitar if you know that song, too. I know a bit of the rhythm guitar, all of solo 1, and I'm working on solo 2 right now. I've also been working on piano which I took up recently. A lot of my focus has been on improving my guitar technique. I've learned a few parts of songs like The Wind Cries Mary, Stairway to Heaven, Sultans of Swing (obviously), and all of All Along the Watchtower and Little Wing. I'm kinda trying to expand my repertoire and improve technique, which for me comes easiest in learning new stuff and giving that a lot of care.

Even though it's summer I'm keeping busy with a few things, just developing some talents and trying to find stuff I'm interested in. I'm going to miss this time when school starts in late August.

 

First two jobs this summer and first surgery. My mouth still hurts where my wisdom teeth were removed. I start college a year early this fall.

 

Well, it’s summer so just the boring stuff.

I took my trumpet in to be serviced, they haven’t called me back yet to tell me it’s ready.

I’m also waiting on a call from the doctor that will tell me whether or not I have celiac disease or not.

I saved a bird yesterday and played with some squirrels the day before. I’m cleaning my room and closet so that’s what I’ve been doing today.

 

The doctor called. They don’t know what’s wrong yet.
