Weird way to gain Sacred surge meter

1. Because Rejuvenating skin gives 1 meter for dmg not from mobs, which include self-dmg, you can use minus hpr to gain 1 meter every 4 sec.

2. If you are using Sparkling hope, Rejuvenating skin will regen your -hpr ,thus regen your hp back and once it heals for 5% total, you will gain 1 meter from Sparkling. This can be pushed further by using id Healing efficiency to enhance Rejuvenating, gaining meter faster.

This make Rhythm of the Season the best spear for this style for the id alone. However, Rally actives Sparkling faster and the amount of hp Rejuvenating gives you from -hpr is miniscule, (2) doesn't really matter. But hey, (1) still works.
