Weird item

I have an item i had for a while but it seems to be different then the rest like it doesnt have the class req and if i try to use it it doesn't give the error that i am the wrong level and underleveled

 

That's one of the pre-Gavel legacy Item - very rare!
However, these items fall under a category that prevents them from being traded in exchange for other items, as they're unusable items that didn't update when Gavel and new identification systems arrived. For this reason, it goes against the server rules to buy or sell these items.

 

So what can i do with this item since it can't be used or sold ?

I'd just keep it in my bank if I got something like that. Sadly, you really can't do anything else with it. That's really interesting though!
