You should be creating more contrast in your lighting, creating those more darker values and highlights will make it more interesting and dynamic. For example, in the first one, the dress is dull and note how the values of the inside of the dress shown is too similar to the outside, value-wise. Also, the illustration in the first one is really nice and detailed but disappoints when you don't stay consistent, you perfectly illustrated the details of the ruffles on the collar but failed to do so in the sleeves. But, you could also make the inside of the sleeves darker like my first note about contrast, it could hide that or bring less attention to them. The first two are really flat and don't give a good sense of where light is coming from. Although, they are both beautifully illustrated and use colors amazingly.
