Assassin/Ninja Weeping Angel

So being me, instead of trying to make an actually viable build I went
"Hey! What if I made a build with Statue except I try to give it POSITIVE WALK SPEED?"
And lo and behold
I made this thing

if you make it on phone then you need to use wynndata

 

I'm on my laptop and I can't select any items on wynnbuilder so I used wynndata
Nothing shows up for me when i use wynnbuilder

 

is it an apple computer? iPhones can’t use wynnbuilder so I doubt MacBooks can.

I can't screenshot, but whenever I get on wynnbuilder all of the builder options are things like "No Helmet" and I can't select anything else, and the Atlas keeps saying it has 0 results
