I thought this build challenge was an actual build off... I wanted to get better at building structures, not gear... WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

 

Oh forgot weapon @Pokextreme so its Vile (Rare lvl 62 bow up to 943 poison fast attack speed)

 

I suggest you add a necklace/bracelet, as even a mostly pointless one will help your score.

My build

Helmet: Recharge(59)
With this one helmet, it becomes very clear what this build is all about... mana steal
1 T6 Earth

Chestplate: Soulflare (99)
This grants some more manasteal, and some lifesteal to go with it. The intel requirement is kinda annoying though
2 T6 Water

Leggings: Hephaestus-Forged Greaves(100)
These leggings are great for this build. Mana steal, and some much, much needed hp.
2 T6 Fire

Boots:Passus Lux(73)
These boots give us everything. 3/4s mana, nearly covering recharge, and some mana steal.
2 T6 Water

Ring1: Concentration(8)
I expected this to see a ton of use. One of the best rings at such a low level, why wouldn't you.

Ring2: Raindrop(69)
And there goes the -mana off of recharge.

Bracelet:Morph Amethyst(37)
Just here for skill points.

Necklace: Willpower(42)
Really is just here for a bit more mana. The -elemental defences wont matter to much

Weapon: Apocalypse(81)
This was a hard choice for me. The negitive intel isn't good, but it got high exploding and lifesteal, that really make this build shine. Put a T6 water and 2T6 Fires on, in that order.

Excess into Defence, then Strength.

The idea of this build is simple. Unlimited mana and HP using exploding. It will be very poor in PvP, but should be amazing in PvE

 

Hi as the second judge I'll post my build as well, the challenge itself is not that difficult if you know where to begin
Starting from the top is lv 100, 90s, 80s, 70s, 60s these would be great level ranges for armor to maximise health and effectiveness, lower level ranges have a lot of viable options for accessories, lv 90s has the most amount of weapons so basically is like this.
Lv 90s weapon, include a hive armour piece (level 100), then pick an armour in lv 80s 70s 60s

this is what i gone for in 5 minutes of time, a thunder main build

Weapon: Any thunder weapon really, but cluster with thunder powders can be consider the cheaper but most effective weapon
ids: 7/4 mana regen, huge amount of damage, tons of skill points for intel or agility

wt i discovered in the builds is a lot of times morph set is used as filler content, which is fine but it does not appeal as creative to me, unless your build is very skill points heavy, also a lack of theme and combat effectiveness in some builds. @Pokextreme will publish the winning board later
