Wedding Invitation

Hellos!. They call me Giant, Wolf or GiantWolf.
I got this wedding invitation from Maxi and Rhay.
I want to know if it is just a collectable item or if there is an actual wedding. If there is a wedding, where exactly do I go?

 

there WAS a wedding but you can't attend it- canonically you missed it and the seaskipper gives you the letter too late.

 

Have you done the breaking point quest? The seaskipper captain should give it to you after you complete the quest, but I am not sure

 

You receive the invitation after completing the Breaking Point. If you were paying attention to the dialogue, you'd know that Maxie and Rhay we're married after the events of The Envoy Part II and before The Feathers Fly Part II and The Breaking Point. They sent an invitation for you to attend through the Seaskipper, but it gets mixed up and he ends up giving it to you too late.
