Weathered Or Grimtrap

Last year I got myself a Grimtrap and a stack and a half left over. Recently I have been exploring the silent expanse update, and the one thing that has me stuck is The Eye. I cannot solo it at all (probably due to lag) so I looked into other assassin Mythics. Nirvana seemed cool, since spell spam was an interesting style of play. However, the one that got my attention was weathered. Its roving assassin perk allows vanish to not cost any mana, which is huge. The vanish buffs also mean that Weathered does a lot of damage and can be really quick. I still don't know if I should keep my Grimtrap or sell it to buy a Weathered. Any feedback is appreciated.

 

Both are good in their own ways but I would prefer weathered due to agility. It really depends on your playstyle. Nirvana looks cool but it really isn't unless you like spamming left right left a hundred times (with the possibilities of messing up a spell). The damage is just not worth it. Inferno is very underrated for its price but I would take weathered over that if it wasn't for the price. Cata is great just like grim and weathered but it depends on your play style and the price can be a bit annoying.

 

Fire in general is such a good element to play with

why is nullification not in the poll? is this discrimination?

 

I literally forgot Nullification even existed

 

Actually, it doesn't make it so that it doesn't cost mana, it makes it so when you're Vanished, your mana doesn't drain, but it doesn't regenerate either.
Also in case you haven't read some of the patches, Vanish now lunges forward when cast, the jump boost has been removed, and now Vanish gives Speed 5

I lowkey miss my Grimtrap (I traded it for a Weathered a few months back)

 

Nulli is very epic, it has uses in a panderift build and that's all that matters
