Assassin/Ninja Weathered or Cataclysm

Hey Guys,
I Want to Play my Assassin on
-Tankiness (15+ HP)
-HP Reg. (only a Bit)
-Good DPS with Spell Spam
-Walkspeed (want to be very mobil)

Which Mythic is better for me? Cata or Weathered? and can someone make a good build ?

 

I assume you mean 15k EHP. I consider anything below 30k as glassy. The health stat on Cata judges how high your EHP can go. The main tanky archetypes for Cata are TWF, TWFA, or TFA.

weathered has more ws and it also can get some good tank and dps (not sure about the hpr tho)
cata will have less tank and ws but will have the option to go hpr and deal way more dmg
you can always use slider to get more ws as a secondary and use lifesteal instead of hpr as life sustain

Now for Weathered (I actually prefer Weathered to Cata, Cata feels overrated):

I recommend powdering your armour for dodge to give a constant +150% air dmg boost when around groups of mobs.

Super high damage "just don't get hit" - which to some extent is true as people often forget how much tankier builds can be with high maneuverability, as with the air mythics.
