    Spell damages are scaled based on attack speed, such that items with the same melee dps but different attack speeds will have the same spell damages. Attack tier boosting items no longer increase spell damage to ridiculous levels.

    If a slow weapon deals 100 base damage
    And a fast weapon deals 100 base damage
    The fast one will deal more spell damage.

    However, if a slow weapon was, in some way, changed to fast
    It will still deal the slow weapon’s spell damage

    Motoki made a ”damage caculation thread” a long time ago, it has all this stuff and more
