    At the bottom of my item description, it says [0/1 Slots]. What does that mean?

    They are powder slots. Not yet implemented in the game.

    They're for powders, which have 6 tiers and 5 types, one type for each element. Most of the powders can be found in certain not so hidden locations, and the tier 6's which are the best have mostly been found and posted on forums.
