Mage/Dark Wizard Help Water Mage Lvl 84

So, I am a level 84 mage now. I want to go for a water mage build, and currently I'm using a custom lvl 75 "build" using mostly Morph.

Is this gear good enough for my level, or should I start switching gear? I know the health and damage may seem low, but those skill points...

If you think I should upgrade my build, please do post a water mage build for levels 80-90 in the comments. Thanks.

no good water wands at that level use this instead
