Archer/Hunter Help Water/fire Archer

for level 100 (but i would like level 95 alternatives for things if they are 96+)
as for budget i can't afford mythic's or a bunch of max id things but besides that anything goes (hive items i have are bpa, ghb, prowess, and intensity and i can't get anymore)

 

Use a Hellstrand and then go for a mana regen build?

fire/water archer = garbage

 

I could imagine using a Spring then using defense as your secondary stat could go well. Spring gives you a high amount of regen, nice spell damage and mana regen and great base stats, if you wanted to go half-spell dmg half-survivability it could work.

Problem is that fire-water needs a mythic to work, and that isn't exactly cheap. Just go with a different elemental combination for now, sorry.
