Warrior/Knight Help Water Build

Please help make me a water build with good spell damage. (not level 100 yet)

 

I’m not good at making these types of builds, but my friend is.

its sorta glass but it has good damage and mana regen, and if you somehow run out of mana you have a lot of mana steal so you can charge curse at the same time
i know that its lvl 100 but it doesnt take very long to get there, just join a csst party or farm in frozen heights in your free time

12k health, decent defenses, plenty of mana and intel with acceptable damage. Damage isn't as high as it could be, but with that kinda mana and intel you'll be spamming the heck out of em so it'll balance out (:

 

https://wynndata.tk/s/5Bdfzr level 100 version, only needs 1 master hive. You can replace rainbows with dia hydro rings, reminders, or marvels but you’ll have negative earth defense
