    for weapon im using tide binder and for the leggings i plan to use water sanctuary

    i need high mana regen (obviously) and high health and life steal (if possible)

    gimme ideas

    Good luck using Water Sanctuary and having high health at the same time

    Anyways Boreal-Patterned Aegis is your best bet if you want anywhere near high health but still want to use Water Sanctuary

    Boreal-Patterned Aegis
    Water sanctuary
    Gaea-Hewn Boots (Rainbow tank..)

    Get some random skill points/mana accessories.


    For weapon :
    Tidebinder (Main)
    Fuunyet (Level 75 tribe weapon, 450 life steal)
    Braker (Neutral)
