Assassin/Ninja Help Water/air Build

I'm looking for a high water/Air assassin build. The main focus is being good without mythics, having have walk speed, mana and damage. I would also like the best Mythic to be used for each recommended build. Thx

3- use some cheaper weapons if you're poor like me and million others that cannot afford nirvana, Idk but I'm sure madib can help u with that if you don't have one in mind

around 70% spell dmg and 6/4 mana regen without weapon
something like 11 k health

 

nebulous best spell dmg bracelet there is with elemental defence and i think 80 max raw spell dmg with like 10% at max

fome bracer spell dmg % if you dont have enough to put 10 in each

relands refrain WS and water dmg

squid anklet it gives mana regen
