    Just submitted a bug, and it has a little icon next to it after a bit that looks like glasses, and when hovering over it just says "watched". I have my guesses but does anyone know definitively what it means?

    I think it means you're watching the thread, likely because it's your bug report it automatically set you to watching it. You can check if you really are or not (it'll say "watch thread" if you aren't, "unwatch thread" if you are) in the top-right corner of the thread page (and if you want, you can change it):
