    I think it's the wither which follows you around and is meant to show you guild information, guild territories and bombs.

    If there's an xp or loot bomb, it would still follow you.
    Then again, it appears when Amadel appears. Who knows, maybe the actual arena for Amadel's Final Form is near the spider dungeon.
    EDIT: Wait, you mean outside the spider dungeon? Of course there's a territory there...
