Warrior/Knight Help Warrior Lv.105 - Monk Archetype

I wanted to change my build a little because I found that Fallen made my build less "strong" (in the sense that it was necessary to increase corruption, but that the lack of life often led to death).
I have some doubts about whether this build is really effective so I would like to have suggestions if there can be better.
