Warrior Builds For Level 30-40 / Question About Life Steal?

So I play warrior (don't bully me I like it the best) and I need a build for level 30-40. My current build gives me 1015 health and I do around 380 dph (slow weapon).
Is that good for my level?

I also get around +42/3s life steal. Does this mean I get +42 hp distributed over 3 seconds or that I get +42 hp every second for three seconds?

Is life steal worth it?

Will crafting ingredients/armor sell on the trade market or just sit there for 2 weeks?

 

It triggers on average one per 3 seconds if you constantly get hits. Each time it procs it gives you the id's value of health, but I've had it give 3x what it says its supposed to. It is definitely worth it if you want health sustain. If you feel that you can get by with pots then go that way.
