Assassin/Ninja Help War Builds

Aight so I need a war build for my assasin so here are the requirements.

-High spell ( i dont mind hybrid but mainly spell pls)
-Include mythics li and hive preferably, no mythic is also fine
-skill point tight is ok
-No gigabyte XD
-No gambler
-Shld be spell spammable
-7/4 mr (not a must)
-positive ele def ( not must but pls do make it at least a little tanky)
-Above 9k hp
-no sitis (sorry lego)

Isit just me or does cata seem like the only decent mythic for assasin :/

r there more options for cata builds? Morph looks just a little gae
