    I need to know how to get the best walk speed and/with stealing for an assassin/ninja's Armor and accessories is and what the item's name is.


    (note i just learned that when you hit something they possibly drop emeralds)

    If you go for pure walk speed without crafteds, https://wynndata.tk/s/rnywlx note that scale of seiryu and Revenant have the same max ws, but there ain't perfect ws revenant in my knowledge
