Vip/vip+/hero Price Reductions

    So on the website it states that the price of your existing rank will be deducted from the rank you are purchasing.
    "If you already have a rank and want to upgrade, simply buy the rank of your choice. The price will be reduced depending on your rank. For example, if you have VIP ($19.99) and wish to upgrade to HERO ($79.99), it will only cost you $60 instead of the full price."
    However, when I went to purchase VIP+ whilst already having VIP, PayPal stated that it would cost the full price of £32.31.
    Can someone please explain why this occurs, and the correct price? I want to make sure I am paying the correct price before I purchase VIP+.

    They can help you there. I believe I saw on an earlier thread that if you purchased your rank a long time ago, the store doesn't see you as having the rank, and support has to manually add it.
