Vip Membership Not Working

I need help. I paid for vip member ship and it hasnt transferred into my account and its been a day now.

 

were u online in the game for at least 10mins since u bought it?

 

If your VIP rank hasn't been transferred yet, and it's been a day since you bought it, you probably should contact "[email protected]". If you're having an issue with a purchase they can help you with it.

Be sure to include your transaction code so they know you purchased the rank.

 

you forgot to add that he needs proof of the bought thingy that he gets when buying stuff from the store.

Having problems with a purchase as well... I've emailed support...

 

It seems like many purchases right now are glitched up. Another thread was made earlier regarding an issue with a rank purchase.

Unfortunately, the only thing you can do in regards to store purchases is to contact support. They're the only ones who can give you your purchased items if they glitch up in the transaction. Just be patient, and they'll get back to you eventually.

Idk what happened... I have the transaction ID etc, just it didn't come to my account, but it's happened to a few people

 

This feels like one of those old tricks from back in 2012 where you could get through on this with smaller servers. I even remember my friends doing this and got a $80 rank ( 4 of them ) on a 60 player average faction server
