max budget is about 5 le or less

Probably best wand for that build

 

this build is designed for me to use pure and ohm's wish at the same time with an attack speed booster
ik pure sucks but I just want to have a build like this

if you mean that lvl 65 only gives you 128 sp and you need 130, yeah pretty sure itll give you 2 skillpoints into something

well it's a good farming spot until I reach 68

 

it's terrible 60+. Farm in the Dernel jungle

 

I'm pretty sure I got my level 66 warrior (pregavel) in the herb cave

 

Herb Cave is the best for 60-68 bc spawn rate and xp is good. I grinded there for about 6 hours and got to lvl 70 easily.
