Well, I did some calculating, and it looks like that Vaward would mean that I don't quite have enough skill points for my set, so I can't use it :S

 

I have a silkweb mail with pretty great stats.

Only if the Melee damage was better. (Max is more than double what yours is, and my build is very melee focused.)
