Vanish T3 Question

So I recently got vanish level 3, and since this is my first assassin profile, I came here to the help section to see what the difference between t2 and 3 was. I noticed that I got the speed buff while vanished, but on the help tab it also says that it gives a jump boost... Did they remove that or is it just a really small boost that I can't notice?

 

yeah it was removed a while back, but gives more speed now and it works a bit different than the description too, its a bit out of date
