Valuable Item Stats

I have some items with stats that I dont know if good or not.
If you can plz answer this, what lvl is good:
poison
reflection
life steal and regen
any else stat you can add will be very appreciated.

If you didnt understand it, I simply have some items like boots called missing
with max reflection, but its 20% so I dont know if its still valuable. I have the same case with some other items, so I wanted to know if they are valuable or not.

You can try selling it, but a max reflection/thorns Virgo is probably going to be worth more.

You can check the item guide( can't post links yet sorry) multiply the stat by 1.3 for Max, 0.3 for min

 

what do you mean? and also I dont want to know what is the max of a specific item, I want to know how much the stat has to be to be valuable

 

That's the multiplication value for finding the range for an is. For what you're asking, it depends on the item.

It depends how far above the avg the id is. And as I said, it depends on the item.
