Valid Noteblock Tempos Using Wynncraft Plugins?

So in normal Minecraft, only three tempos can be used to make a song out of noteblocks, those three being 2.5t/s, 5t/s, and 10t/s.
However, songs in Wynncraft sometimes use different tempos. I am assuming a plugin is used for this.
The only case of an irregular tempo used ingame is 6.75t/s, which is used quite commonly. I am going to assume that is because it is similar to 20/3, which equals 6.67.
If that is why, then couldn't other tempos be made the same way?
10/3=3.33=~3.25
40/3=13.33=~13.25
50/3=16.67=~16.75

I'm just wondering what different tempos these plugins could utilize.
