i need a very good weathered build

i don't have a budget

i want good dmges and decent walk speeds and decent healthies

This is the one I usually use. What you can do since it is quite an old build is to switch some of the stuff in and out a bit (I use some of the LI accessories when I decided it fits, and decided to sub Aquarius for an air chestplate instead).

It isn't skill points dependent thus you shouldn't have a big issue with getting max IDs on your gear.

Typically I enjoy using the Water Air Variation for Weathered since Assassin would be able to do lots of combos utilizing fast WS and fast Spell Combos. Wouldn't hurt to try other styles however.
