    I wanted to make a thread about the seaskipper with a chart made with excel, but the forum doesn't let me upload it. How can this be changed?

    Also, if not possible, I would like to get a website that allow to easily make files available for download.

    You can use Dropbox, Mediafire or sites like that for downloads, but inserting a chart is not possible.

    You could also take a screenshot of the chart and put it in your thread.
