{untested} Weathered Assassin Build Idea

So I had this weird idea for a spell spamming and fast walk speed Weathered build... Just felt like I could throw it out here.

Weapon: Weathered (no duh)

Helmet: Spectre with 35% or above spell damage
Chestplate: Booster Plate with 20% or above walk speed
Leggings: Crystal with 3/4 mana regen
Boots: Memento with 4/4 mana regen and 130 or above spell damage

Ring #1: Supression with 3/4 mana regen
Ring #2: Raging Wind with 12% walk speed
Necklace: Royal Cyclone Amulet
Bracelet: Contrail with 10% or above walk speed and 6% air damage

Skill Points:
110 on Agility
88 on Intelligence

 

Contrail is a bracelet
