Buying Unravel, Steamjet Walkers, The Ephemeral, Errant, Finesse

Unravel - Near-max Air damage and raw spell. Decent melee is a bonus.
Steamjet Walkers - very high spell and air damage, good Agi. Good thunder damage is a bonus. Don't care about walk speed as long as it's not literal minimum or something.
The Ephemeral- 3/4 mr, as good in damages and sp as you can get.
Errant - Max damage (9% spell and 7% air). Good fire def preferred.
Finesse - Good raw spell, maybe 6-7 sp (looking for cheap here).

The second one looks pretty good, but since this is going to be about a third of my damage I think I'll pass and wait for a better one.
