Unplayable desync during raids (nest of the grootslangs), anyone having similar issues?

For whatever reason I get consistent connection related lag in nest of the grootslangs whenever I get into sections with a lot of enemies, I have no issues in any other dungeon or in the overworld other than the random ping spikes here and there. I have not tried other raids yet so can't say for certain if the issue persist in those, but I really have no idea why I would have massive delays/desync specifically during a raid in specific sections when it shouldn't affect my otherwise mostly stable connection.
