    I have a legendary helmet in my inventory which is not in the wiki.

    The helmet still is the "old" style of item with only defense.

    What do i do with the item as it is part of my gear and i have no replacement(havent played in a long time).

    The item goes by the name of Pelier and is a level 42 item.

    It's useless. You can keep it as a veteran's trophy if you want, but you may not sell it and it has no effect if you wear it.
