I am actually confused in the quest Underice (lvl 43) that to whom should i give the Mysterious Everlasting Pufferfish . Should i give to Gernald or Calamaro . Whom to choose?

 

It depends on what you want to get from them.

If you give Gernald the pufferfish you get Gernald's Amulet: Gernald's Amulet - Official Wynncraft Wiki (fandom.com)
If you give Calamaro the pufferfish you get a Calamaro's Slimy Token (Calamaro's Slimy Token - Official Wynncraft Wiki (fandom.com)) which you can trade with the Squid Merchant (Squid Merchant - Official Wynncraft Wiki (fandom.com)) for class weapons.
