I'm on the Sirene Hollow quest and on stage "Recover the Sound Proof Earmuff and go into the Banshee's cave while wearing it. But the only problem is that when I go through the portal it says this sentence: The spirits lurking in this cave is preventing you from entering further
When I watch videos, for them it does not happen ...

That is because you are not wearing the earmuffs. You need to have them equipped to enter the cave.
IIRC the earmuffs are found in the scientists' tomb.

Try walking around the area. There may be a quest book update region that you didn't get.
