    Nope.
    It used to be, until the new update.
    Now it's just common.
    You can still sell it for around a few emeralds, but definitely nowhere near as before.

    The Adventurer armour set used to be something that only VIPs can obtain. It used to be able to be purchased in the VIP town back when it still existed.
