Um Guys There Has Been A Mistake Unban Me

guys i gave my friend my account password and email and he has made me get banned on the server.
i read the previous post he has done with my account.he won't get my password now.he ruined it can anyone unban me.i actually like this server.am i permanently banned cuase i have not done anything wrong he has.please
i don't fly hack i want account please derek ruined my account on this i was new..plz
