    You will see that VERY often when grinding in a select area. It happens at some point; I see it in the Herb Cave often.

    Happens all the time in the desert, Herb Spawn cave, Ragni, ToA, you name it.
    Seriously though, there's nothing wrong! He's just 100% invisible, that's all. Nothing unusual.

    It's actually the ghost of a Mob. These randomly appear in place of a killed mob, some say they can Spoop you too, so watch out.
