Two Queen's Headpieces?

I've just completed the quest Royal Trials, and for some reason I have two Queen's Headpieces. I'm not sure if it's because I got two of the Mystic Treasures, but I just want to see if this is normal. One more thing (this is off-topic), but which one should I use (it's for my build).

First Queen's Headpiece
+3% Thunder Damage
+14% Air DAmce
+7 Agility
+200 Melee Damage
-32% Fire Defence
+5% Stealing
-25% Earth Defence
+19% Walk Speed

Second Queen's Headpiece
+6% Thunder Damage
+9% Air DAmce
+5 Agility
+124 Melee Damage
-20% Fire Defence
+5% Stealing
-22% Earth Defence
+6% Walk Speed

 

It's been a bug for a while and I have heard others talk about it, so I'm assuming the ct is aware of it it already.
I'd honestly reroll the second one, and keep the first one if you ever need it for an air build.

 

It has? Well another thing learned, I guess. Update: I just re-rolled my second Queen's Headpiece and its stats are +7% Thunder Damage, +9% Air Damage, +6 Agility, +133 Melee Damage, -26% Fire Defense, +4% Stealing, -23% Earth Defense, and +24% Walk Speed. Should I use the second Queen's Headpiece, or should I stick with first one?

 

Queen's Headpiece primarily sees use for its raw melee.
