This is the most balanced it can possibly be, with all damages being within 7 damage of eachother
(Besides Thunder ofcourse, as its damage is very ranged with powders and in general)

Second One:
This one uses all T5 powders, not with balanced damages.

13-17 (does less damage cause was last powder added. No more neutral damage to convert)
